Before that do the B500 in the Black Forest southern Germany. From Switzerland you can cross Liechtenstein (another country) into Austria. Try and keep off the main AutoRoute's - they can get pricey and are really boring. You will need to buy a pass to travel on the swiss motorways before you go on them - It costs around 30euro - available at most petrol stations. Never had any problems with plod while over in Euroland but speeding fines can be massive if you get nicked. The swiss will take your bike off you and charge you a fortune.
Take your time and enjoy it.

Our way out...https://mapsengine.google.com/map/u/0/embed?mid=zg1IVjnDezhw.kBYtZSb6CAjQ Our way back...https://mapsengine.google.com/map/u/0/embed?mid=zg1IVjnDezhw.kBr0goNjXqy8
all the hotels are on there, the route varied a bit from what's showed, some times you gotta get on the toll roads just to get the miles in, our biggest day was 385 miles on the first day through France, after that it was down to about 200-250 miles a day, we had a group of 5 so that does slow you down quite a bit, when it's just me and my mrs the stops are shorter etc...try to sop every half a tank of fuel just for 10mins to stretch your legs of every hour and half ish....make sure you have laundery stops factored in somewhere so you haven't got to carry 3 weeks worth of clothes, get hotels with wifi handy for route planning and use booking.com as most of there hotels you can cancel free up to 4PM, handy for last minute changes but most of all don't worry about things too much, Its an adventure !!!
